All items purchased from Madra Rua (Bibelot Design Studio), with the exception of custom orders may be returned for full money back within 14 days of receipt.

Please repack the product in its original packaging materials, (unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return back to our studio). As a return shipper, you are responsible for the artwork damaged in return transit. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that these costs may be more than the original shipping charge. You will be credited for the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Please include a note stating the reason for the return.
I received a damaged product, what do I do?
If you are returning an item because it was damaged upon receipt, please call our studio asap. Please keep all of the original packing materials.
When will I receive the credit?
You can expect a credit within 7 business days upon Madra Rua receiving the returned item in perfect condition. You will be credited for the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered in any way. We will notify you of the status of your return by email or telephone. Please provide both.
